Since graduating in 2016, he has gained experience within community pharmacy as a locum pharmacist and as a clinical and site lead for the national COVID vaccination centres. He aims to bring this clinical knowledge and passion to EHP to ensure patient and drug safety. Outside of work, Sukhy has a great passion for travelling, hiking and photography.

Aimee

I joined Erewash PCN in March 2022, having worked for 1 year at a local PCN. Before working in Primary Care I had been a community pharmacist for 5 years. I use this experience to help ensure patients medications are as safe and effective as possible. I love to continually develop, which this role certainly allows, and I am currently completing my prescribing qualification. Outside of work I have two young boys who keep me very busy, love to watch live music and enjoy going to Zumba with my friends.

Hannah

I have recently joined Erewash PCN in June 2022. I graduated from The University of Manchester in 2009 and have experience working as a community pharmacist for 12 years. Currently I am undertaking a Clinical Diploma at De Monfort University and really enjoying furthering my knowledge.  I am passionate about patient centred care and optimising medication, which I apply to all my medication reviews. Outside of work I have two daughters who keep me busy, but I also enjoy spending time with friends, walking my dog and listening to books.

Mohammedwali

Mohammedwali has graduated from University of Oslo in 2009, he has since worked in different capacities within academia, community pharmacy and hospital setting. He joined the team in May 2022. While in Norway he was working as a lecturer of Pharmacology for undergraduate students. When working in Kenya he was based in a hospital and started integrating the Pharmacists workforce so that they could participate in ward rounds and be part of the multi-disciplinary team. In the UK he primarily worked in community pharmacy as a pharmacist manager. Outside of work Mohammedwali is busy with playing 7 a side football, he also like travelling and spending time with his family.

Anika

I am a PCN pharmacist working for Erewash Health Partnership since January 2023. My pharmacy background is from Community and Hospital Outpatients Pharmacies.

I joined Primary Care as I always had an interest in improving my clinical skills further and provide further knowledge to patients about their conditions and how their medications help to manage their condition.

My roles within the PCN include working in a range of surgeries and care homes to provide patient centered care whilst undertaking medication reviews, acute medication queries to allow patients to have a better understanding of their medication and ensure safe and effective use and monitoring of their medications.

Jothy Kandiah

I am an experienced community pharmacist and started with the PCN in January 2023 to advance my interest in developing my clinical practice. I work across several practices in the Erewash area. I have enjoyed my experience thus far , with reviewing patients both in surgery and Care Home settings. I have enhanced the experience of patients with medication reviews with input from the MDT and support the PCN in covid vaccinations and surgery with flu vaccinations. I am also available for medication enquiries for the MDT and patients.
Outside work I am kept busy by my two teenage children, reading and Netflix.

Stuart Siriwannaporn

I recently joined Erewash PCN in August 2023. Prior to this I’ve been working in community pharmacy for 13 and a half years. I really enjoy interacting with patients at Primary care level as I could engage them to participate in their care. I appreciate all the supports I had from my colleagues and every day I come to work, there will be new challenges. I’m constantly learning new operational and clinical skills at my own pace, as I go along, since being a part of the PCN. Outside work I love cooking all kinds of foods as I find them quite therapeutic especially those ones that I design the recipe myself.

Peony

Peony graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2012 and has since worked in both community and hospital pharmacy settings. Peony enjoyed continual development of her role and joined Erewash in January 2021. Prior to this role, she has completed a clinical diploma and is currently undertaking a prescribing course. Her goal is to ensure patient safety in medication use and to help every patient achieve the best possible outcome possible.

Outside of work, she has two young boys who keep her very busy. She enjoys creating artwork, travelling and serving at church.
